Settler's Hill Golf Course, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Batavia, Illinois.

The Settler's Hill Golf Course first opened for play in 1988. The course was designed by Robert M. Lohmann.

Settler’s Hill has dramatic elevation changes across a layout that traverses a variety of landscapes--mature woodlands, vibrant wetlands and windswept highlands. Indeed, Settler's Hill Golf Course features six Scottish links-style holes.The course’s distinctive look underscores its unique history, as Settler’s Hill may be the ultimate recycling success story. It occupies the site of a former Waste Management landfill and owes its rolling topography to this legacy.

One moment, you're transported to the Scottish highlands, the next you're immersed in the woods of northern Michigan. Multiple tee placements ensure that avid golfers find ample challenge, while recreational golfers will have fun without feeling punished.

Very good course for the price. Nice variety of holes. Several dramatic changes in elevation. All 4 par 5s are long and difficult, especially #11. Greens are fast with large breaks.

Pretty good course with a nice variety of holes. Conditions were good overall, some fairways needed work, and greens were average. Good value course that is fun to play. Enjoyable round.

Greens are quick, no problem, but they won't hold the best wedge shot. Very hard. Concrete base? Penalized some good shots.
